If you're considering joining a group rebirthing workshop for the first time here's what to expect.
Workshop structure
Prep discussion (15-20 min): questions intentions explanation. Brief body and breath warm-up. The breathing itself: ~1 hour of circular breathing with support. Processing and sharing: each participant is invited to share what came up.
What you may feel
Tingling in hands and mouth (completely normal) emotional waves laughter tears trembling body warmth — all expressions of release. There's no "right response" — whatever comes up is exactly what needs to.
Group psychology
Support groups amplify healing through belonging and universality. When we see others experiencing similar things shame drops and the heart opens.
After the workshop
