1. General

Using ben-novak.com and its associated services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page.

2. Services

The site provides information about rebirthing, integrative psychotherapy, breathwork sessions, and depth-process workshops offered by Ben Novak in Tel Aviv and online. Services include:

• Individual and couples rebirthing sessions
• Group rebirthing workshops
• Intensive retreats
• Digital courses and tools
• Self-assessment questionnaires

3. Health Disclaimer

Rebirthing, breathwork, and depth-process work are not medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychological treatment, and do not replace them.

Participation requires a generally stable physical and mental state. We recommend consulting your doctor before participating if you have:

• Heart disease, epilepsy, or severe respiratory conditions
• A history of psychosis or psychiatric hospitalisation
• Current pregnancy
• Untreated severe psychological conditions

We reserve the right to decline participation if there is a safety concern. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

4.1 Group workshops

• Cancellation more than 14 days before: full refund (minus bank fees)
• Cancellation 7–14 days before: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 7 days before: no refund. The spot may be transferred to another person with prior coordination
• Cancellation by the operator: full refund within 7 business days

4.2 Individual and couples sessions

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before: no charge
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: full session charge applies

4.3 Digital courses

Once digital content has been accessed, refunds are not available. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Meshulam (Israeli cards) and PayPal (international). Card details are stored and secured solely by the payment provider and are never transmitted to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logo, page design, questionnaires and tools — is the exclusive property of Ben Novak unless otherwise noted. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
